Is there really a website where I can get paid to take surveys without a registration fee?

I’m a student and I need some extra cash. I’d really like to take paid surveys, but it seems that anywhere I go there’s either a fee associated, or its just a bunch of “just do this and then we’ll send you your paid survey” and it never happens.
I have a part time job, but somehow full-time classes and a 20-hour work week just don’t seem to pay all the bills.
