   Just walk in and present a professional advertising brochure. Cold call all the banks and property managers. Be sure you’re bonded and insured and your costs are very competitive.

   I know a guy that makes a huge second income selling the crap from clean-outs at weekend tailgate sales.

   It sounds like you have to do some cold calls. Start with the yellow pages.

   This sound like you know what you would like to do. The frist thing i would is the cold call from the yellow page. Then set up appt and make sure thay know who you are and what you have to offer them. Also start around were you live and go from there.
